Appreciating People help make positive change happen, in organisations, communities, businesses, charities and individually. We use a variety of ‘strength-based’ approaches, such as Appreciative Inquiry. We focus on your strengths, and areas you’re good at, rather than weaknesses, to create sustainable change and development.
We started in Liverpool over ten years ago, and now work regionally, nationally and internationally. Appreciative Inquiry (AI) lies at the heart of all our work. This approach helps businesses, communities and the people within them become more resilient, effective and creative. We are recognised as UK leaders in Appreciative Inquiry, especially in the public and community/ voluntary sectors.
Collectively, we have broad and varied backgrounds. Our expertise spans the fields of organisational and community development, facilitation, the arts, governance, health and wellbeing, regeneration, and education. You can read more about us here… .
