Appreciating People established more international links at a recent Appreciative Inquiry retreat in Kent. Directors Tim Slack and Suzanne Quinney spent a week at the event, entitled Complexity: managing paradoxes and creating opportunities. Fellow participants came from Spain, Italy and France adding a real international flavour, and offering guests the opportunity to share good practice
