People are the strength behind any successful operation. Our approach puts people at the forefront of the change process. We use a variety of strength-based philosophieswith particular emphasis on Appreciative Inquiry. We make positive change happen in organisations, communities, businesses, charities and individuals.

Research by Sarah Lewis in the British Psychological Society’s Assessment and Development Matters argues that a strength-based approach shows some improvement if built into processes including recruitment, HR, personal development and appraisal – but that building it into your organisation’s design, so you focus on people’s strengths – reaps great rewards in terms of motivation, cost reduction and performance.

We work locally, nationally and internationally, across the public and private sector, charities and community and voluntary groups.

Collectively we have broad and varied backgrounds. Our expertise spans the fields of organisational and community development. We’ve worked in the arts, governance, urban and environmental regeneration, education and evaluation. We are experienced in providing valuable feedback, conducting research, report writing and project management.

Whilst no two projects are the same, there are many common themes in the work we do. Our work is anchored around our strength-based appreciative inquiry approach. This approach enables conversation, communication and engagement. If you’ve got a project you’d like to speak to us about working on, call us on 01309 671 584 or fill in the contact form below.
